This lovely boutique studio flat has been decorated to a high standard and offers quality accommodation at a very reasonable price. The studio consists of one ivory double bed, sofa, flat screen LCD TV, cable tv, table & 2 stools. The kitchennette area houses the fridge, 2 ring electric hob, microwave, sink, vegetable steamer, crockery, glasses etc ***FREE WIRELESS BROADBAND FOR YOUR WI-FI LAPTOP*** **FREE Cable TV** The bathroom consists of WC, sink and shower cubicle. All linen and towels are provided.

This property is ideally situated for all types of guests. It is located just a short walk to the beach and is within easy walking distance to Brighton Marina with its wealth of shops and restaurants. Just a short walk to Brightons fashionable Kemptown Village will bring you yet more funky bars and restaurants and boutique shops. The property is located on an excellent bus link with busses leaving every 7 minutes taking you direct to Brighton mainline station as well as most areas of Brighton and Sussex. Arundel St is located on Brightons only 24 hour bus route should you not fancy that late night stroll! PARKING Arundel Street is less than a 5 min walk to a permit free parking zone. The nearest being Boundary Rd, Kemptown, Brighton. Arundel Street itself has a number of pay and display bays with day passes at £4.50. Parking restrictions on the street apply from 8am - 8pm 7 days a week. Brighton’s excellent public transport system (see below) allows easy and affordable travel throughout the City and East Sussex. For this reason the majority of guests park in a permit free zone and access their car only when needed. Resident bays and Pay and display bays are free to park after 6pm or 8pm depending on the zone. Day passes can be purchased for the majority of car parks from £8 a day, with some car parks offering FREE evening parking. Call Brighton & Hove Parking Information Centre on (01273) 293225. Permit free zones include: Roads north of Eastern Rd (Kemptown), Marine Parade free bays (1/2 way between Brighton Pier and Marina). Hanover (area of Brighton).
